Questions and Answers

A: You are allowed to change any number of photos for a nominal fee. We will provide the service and license the photos for you. To expedite the process, we will provide you with the agency's website where you can search for the photos. Once you find the photos you like, you can send us the link, and we will update the design. See the question on making changes for more details.
A: Absolutely. We ask that you provide high-resolution images to ensure we can deliver a high-quality printed banner. Low-resolution images may not hold up well. However, we are willing to inspect the images to determine if they are a good fit. If the images are not suitable, we will inform you and advise against using them, but ultimately, the decision is yours.
A: If you order a retractable set, you also receive one hour of design work for free. You can use this hour to make any changes you'd like, such as adding your logo, changing colors, modifying some of the photos, or altering the text. We can even work on your acronym. Design time beyond this is billed in quarter-hour increments at $17.50, or $70 per hour. With proper planning, one hour should be sufficient for most changes.
A: Yes, we do. Our EconoStand version can be produced in 24 hours and ships the next day. So, if you order on Monday, you should receive it by Wednesday. This version is $20 more per unit ($160 extra for a set) than the regular economy version.
A: The retractable banner options are designed for indoor use only. However, our 13oz banners (with or without X-Stands) are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, providing more flexibility for different settings.
A: Yes, they can be used outdoors. However, please note that they do not have an anchor and may not be able to stand in windy conditions at all.
A: Yes, we offer one-on-one support throughout the entire process. You will have a project manager working with you from start to finish.
A: The retractable banners are covered by a warranty for manufacturer's defects only. This means any issues resulting from defects in materials or workmanship are eligible for repair or replacement. However, general wear and tear or damage from improper use is not covered under this warranty.
A: Yes, we offer free shipping for all banner sets to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska and Hawaii.

Pure air, sunlight, abstemiousness, rest, exercise, proper diet, the use of water, trust in divine power,these are the true remedies. Every person should have a knowledge of nature’s remedial agencies and how to apply them. It is essential both to understand the principles involved in the treatment of the sick and to have a practical training that will enable one rightly to use this knowledge. {CD 302.3}

There are many ways of practicing the healing art; but there is only one way that Heaven approves. God’s remedies are the simple agencies of nature, that will not tax or debilitate the system through their powerful properties. Testimonies for the Church 5:443, 1885 {CD 302.2}
Pure air and water, cleanliness, a proper diet, purity of life, and a firm trust in God, are remedies for the want of which thousands are dying; yet these remedies are going out of date because their skillful use requires work that the people do not appreciate.
