Customer service and support were provided to address questions and offer guidance, even before the order was placed, and continued throughout the entire process. They monitored the order and provided updates. There was follow-up after the order was received, inquiring about the condition on arrival and our satisfaction with the product. Shortly after this, we used our banners during a Health Expo in a park. It was a windy day, and the wind bent and broke some of the vertical bars that kept the banners open. We inquired about buying replacement bars. JCE Graphics presented our situation to the hardware manufacturer, and they graciously provided replacements for the broken bars. Incredible! We are 100+% satisfied!!! We strongly recommend their services; we have complete trust in this company."
